Horace Cooper reacted to Democratic strategist Symone Sanders leaving her job as a senior adviser to Vice President Kamala Harris to join MSNBC as a weekend host in an interview with RT’s Steve Malzberg.
“I am really, really confused and I mean that sincerely,” Cooper said. “This is open bigotry. Why would any cable news network want to be affiliated or associated in any way with a racist? Why would anyone who has said statements like these and others and not ever apologize, not corrected, not acted inconsistently with them. This kind of notorious and open bigotry, shame on MSNBC for even considering her.”
